Week 4 and week 5 goals and random thoughts lol

Week 4 was wonderful I finally was able to do 7 knee push ups!!! And I did 3 regular push ups! I was pretty excited my new goals for week 5 is to push threw the warm-up until break get better at controlling my breathing. Ready to start week 5 I'm alittle scared of measurement day it's hard to sometimes see that I might be doing great but it may not show in numbers like how do you deal with that without being disappointed with yourself or thinging you didn't do enough??? Measurement day so many mixed feelings :):( well again ready to start week 5 and thankful to be apart of this group!!!
