Goals ~ observatons ~ learned

My Extream goal is to lose 25lbs!! But my week 4 goal is to push myself more when I am doing a push-up (H.A.T.E) By week 2 I was able to do 5 push ups on my knees, for week 3 I really want to try and push it to at least 10. My next goal is to start looking into new recipes or ideas for healthy meals and add more friut into my diet. Last goal for this week is to drink more water threw out the day!!!
My observations for week 2 have been my clothes fit alot looser!! My family is really noticing the change in my body so it really helps and motivates me to push harder!!!
What I have learned is how to count calories!!! I think I'm getting obsessive but it helps me stay conscious of what I'm eating and how much I should be intaking I'm staying between 1200 to 1500 a day it also helps that I keep a food journal!!!
I'm exited about this new journey that I'm taking and very greatful to have such a huge suppory system everyone from family coworkers friends fellow bootcamp test group member coaches all of you are amazing!!! WEEK 3 IM READY FiST PUMP:) lol
