Im feeling really good my family is being really supportive and it makes me want to push more so they can be even more proud of me!!! The only thing I'm having a problem with is I'm starting to crave food ahhhhh:( is that normal??? Anyways hope it goes away soon :)
That is normal. HEre are my tips:
ReplyDelete1. get the foods out of your house.
2. Eat some thing healthy instead or go for a walk. or chew gum.....
3. YOU have to change the way you think..... remember FOOD is FUEL and ask yourself how will I feel AFTER I eat this.
4. Lastly, think about WHY you want change and what got you in your situation in the first place.
