Observations
My body is really starting to look the way it used to before I had my 3 babies!!! And that's so exciting for me because not so long ago before my mom introduced me to bootcamp I had given up and was settling for being unhappy with the way I looked because I felt like I had no power to make a change I was stuck mostly scared of failure I have started plenty of things and never finished anything I started :( But when this challenge came up I went to the miorrow looked at myself and said "no more I'm done being unhappy!" and I was so scared coming into this challenge scared of not being able to complete it or not seeing results I just kept thinking so negatively shame on me because I am doing my best my clothes are fitting me better my kids can even tell a difference in my attitude and it feels so great when my family and friend coworkers notice all my hard work and tell me I'm looking great. It's a new day for me and I'm loving this feeling!!!

Week 4 and week 5 goals and random thoughts lol
Week 4 was wonderful I finally was able to do 7 knee push ups!!! And I did 3 regular push ups! I was pretty excited my new goals for week 5 is to push threw the warm-up until break get better at controlling my breathing. Ready to start week 5 I'm alittle scared of measurement day it's hard to sometimes see that I might be doing great but it may not show in numbers like how do you deal with that without being disappointed with yourself or thinging you didn't do enough??? Measurement day so many mixed feelings :):( well again ready to start week 5 and thankful to be apart of this group!!!

Body!
well my body is defenitly changing on Saturday I tried on a pair of jeans that my husband bought me last year! Now ever since I had my first soon in 2007 I have been wearing stretch jeans!!! And my husband not knowing the diffrents bought me straight cut jeans with no stretch:( so they didn't fit and I was really upset, but on Saturday I tried them on and they FIT!!! I was so excited I actually cried not only did they fit but they are loose around my legs and waist awesome!!! I'm really excited about the changes I'm seeing in my body and the energy I have is great helps me keep up with work my family and bootcamp!!! I'm also noticing how much more positive thinking I have as always I just thought I couldn't do things but now I'm like sure let me give it a try and I feel that it's because Im starting to get more of a positive images of myself:) bootcamp is great the coaches are awesome and I'm thankful for all the supporters!!!

Goals ~ observatons ~ learned
My Extream goal is to lose 25lbs!! But my week 4 goal is to push myself more when I am doing a push-up (H.A.T.E) By week 2 I was able to do 5 push ups on my knees, for week 3 I really want to try and push it to at least 10. My next goal is to start looking into new recipes or ideas for healthy meals and add more friut into my diet. Last goal for this week is to drink more water threw out the day!!!
My observations for week 2 have been my clothes fit alot looser!! My family is really noticing the change in my body so it really helps and motivates me to push harder!!!
What I have learned is how to count calories!!! I think I'm getting obsessive but it helps me stay conscious of what I'm eating and how much I should be intaking I'm staying between 1200 to 1500 a day it also helps that I keep a food journal!!!
I'm exited about this new journey that I'm taking and very greatful to have such a huge suppory system everyone from family coworkers friends fellow bootcamp test group member coaches all of you are amazing!!! WEEK 3 IM READY FiST PUMP:) lol

My body
I feel so great and its so suprising to me! When i'm at bootcamp I feel myself having to push more in order to get a good work out and that just does so much for me to be able to do that! And in these 2 weeks my arthrits has been doing so much better. When i wake up in the morning theres no pain no STIFFNESS!!!!! and thats so amazing. I also feel that working out has brought my stress levels down when I'm at bootcamp im focused on myself not work, bills, ect AMAZING ;)

Now tonight was a pretty heavy workout defenitly lacked the dancing skills but pushed it when it was bootcamp time enjoyed the class had lots of fun!!!

Week 2 of bootcamp!
Im feeling really good my family is being really supportive and it makes me want to push more so they can be even more proud of me!!! The only thing I'm having a problem with is I'm starting to crave food ahhhhh:( is that normal??? Anyways hope it goes away soon :)

Weekend
So I feel like the weekend was definitely alot hard trying to continue exercising and
