My Friday started great my numbers where low in my class Teacher conferences were almost done and I was going to stay late to work on my big project for the kids I was making them a farm! I had also received a invite to Ashleys Zombie workout that I really wanted to go to and I was also getting some of my other coworkers to join in pretty good start to my Friday. Then later in the afternoon I was outside picking leaves for my project when I got stung by a bee that was stuck on my shoe :( well first it was just a lil sting then the next day it was a bit more swollen and by 10:15pm my ankle wAs twice it's size it was huge I was trying to stay off of it but I had so much to do on Saturday it was impossible so by 11:00 pm I had my lil sister take me to the hospital. Now I'm better my ankle is still swollen but I'm on meds to prevent infection and hopefully I will be better enough to go to bootcamp!!! What I did learn from
All of this was the simple fact that being at bootcamp and blogging facebooking has brought us all closer together we all have our reasons for being apart of this group but we are working on our goals together and being there for eAchother to lean on in time of need. Thank you to everyone who sent messages it really did make me feel like you cared and I really am part of the bootcamp family!!! Now all I want to do is get better to be at bootcamp tomorrow!!!
Poop happens!!! Sorry to hear it was a bad reaction and glad to know your drive is still there! THAT'S all you need and we want. Re-plan and go!!!!!

ReplyDeleteWe can lift weights during BTC, do core exercises, one legged squats things like that. let me know soon....because that will entail writing a different workout for you.
